Can I import customers from a spreadsheet? +
Yes. Drag a CSV in, we'll auto-map the columns (name, email, phone, value, owner), and you can fix any mismatches before importing. Most teams have their old book of business in Crewix in under 5 minutes. Excel files too.
Does it sync with my email automatically? +
Yes — Gmail and Outlook (Microsoft 365). Once connected, any email you send or receive from a Crewix contact shows up on their timeline automatically. You can opt-out per customer, or only sync emails tagged with a label.
What if my team has shared customers? +
Every deal can have a primary owner and any number of collaborators. The activity timeline shows who did what, so nothing falls through the cracks when handing off. You can also build views like "all deals where I'm a collaborator" or "deals my team owns."
Can I customize the pipeline stages? +
Yes — that's the whole point. Rename, reorder, recolor, add or remove stages. You can run multiple pipelines (e.g. "New business" vs. "Renewals") with different stages each. We start you with a sensible default, you change it in 30 seconds.
