How we handle your data — in plain English.

1. Who we are

This site and its products are run by N.T.J Technologies Limited, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We do not have a sales department, an advertising budget, or a data-broker relationship with anyone. You can reach a human at contact@ntjtech.com.

2. What we collect

3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

4. How we use it

We use what little data we have to improve our products, respond to your messages, and run the service. We do not sell data. We do not share it with advertisers.

5. Retention

6. Your rights

Under GDPR (and similar laws), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, get a portable copy, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email contact@ntjtech.com.

7. Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies. Plausible is cookieless.

8. Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors to deliver the site and, where applicable, customer installs of our products:

The list above is complete as of the last-updated date at the bottom of this page. No Google Analytics. No advertising networks. No "data enrichment" vendors.

We give at least 30 days' notice before adding a new sub-processor, so customers with a signed DPA have a reasonable opportunity to object on legitimate data-protection grounds.

9. International data transfers

N.T.J Technologies Limited is based in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Some sub-processors above operate in the United States or the European Union.

For personal data of EU or UK data subjects that is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) and/or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (UK IDTA), together with any additional safeguards required by applicable law.

10. Data breach notification

Within 72 hours after confirming a personal data breach that affects a customer's personal data, we will notify the affected customer. The notice will describe (as far as known at the time) the facts of the breach, its likely consequences, and the measures we have taken or propose to take to mitigate it.

11. EU representative (GDPR Article 27)

We are in the process of engaging an EU representative under Article 27 of the GDPR to act as the point of contact for EU data subjects and supervisory authorities. Until the representative is publicly listed, please contact contact@ntjtech.com for current details.

12. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will post them here and update the date at the top.
