Your files, on your servers, still easy to share.

Uploads, previews, version history, granular sharing. Built inside NTJ to keep client and campaign files organized, on infrastructure we run ourselves.

Everything you need

The whole point of cloud storage,
without the noise.

A few things every small team actually uses. Nothing buried under admin layers you don't touch.

Drag-and-drop uploads

Browser, phone, desktop sync. Drop a file anywhere and it's there everywhere. Just works.

File previews

PDF, image, video, document, spreadsheet — all preview in-browser. No more "download to open."

Granular sharing

View-only or edit, password-protected, expiration dates. Share exactly what you mean to share.

Version history

Restore any previous version. Unlimited history. The "oh no I overwrote it" button.

Team spaces

Separate workspaces for departments, clients, projects. Permissions match how your team is actually shaped.

Audit log

Who shared what, when, with whom. For compliance, for peace of mind, for when someone asks "who deleted this?"

Behind the scenes

What happens when you upload a file

Five things, in this order. You don't have to think about any of them.

STEP 01

Upload

Drag, drop, or pick. Any size, any format.

STEP 02

Encrypt in transit

TLS on every connection, via Let's Encrypt. Automatic.

STEP 03

Sync

Every device on your account, within seconds.

STEP 04

Share

Link, password, expiry, named people — your call.

STEP 05

Track

See who opened it, when, from where.

Everything happens automatically. You just drag and drop.

Live preview

This is Cloudzy. Right here.

Click any file tile to select it. The progress bar shows a real upload animation. Yes, this is what the app actually looks like.

Built for

Three kinds of small businesses
love Cloudzy most

If your team has files, clients, and a need for things not to disappear — this is for you.

Service businesses

Client files, contracts, photos — accessible from anywhere. Shared with the team members that need them, not the whole company.

Small agencies

Per-client workspaces. Per-project folders. Clients can see only what you choose to show them. White-label sharing pages on paid.

Distributed teams

Remote-first. Sync works across Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android. Permissions match your org chart, not the other way around.

Sharing, four ways

Share files the way you
actually want to share them

Not every file should be "anyone with the link can view forever." Pick the mode that matches the situation.

Frequently asked

Questions people ask about Cloudzy

If yours isn't here, email us. We answer in our actual voice.

Where is my data physically stored? +
Cloudzy runs on our own infrastructure in Germany (EU). We don't operate multiple storage regions today, and we'd rather say so than imply a footprint we don't have. If your work depends on a specific data residency arrangement, talk to us and we'll be straight about what a deployment would involve. We follow security best practices and are honest about the compliance we don't yet have — see /platform-security for details.
Can I sync with my Mac / Windows / Linux automatically? +
Yes. Native desktop sync apps for macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel), Windows 10/11, and Linux (Ubuntu, Fedora, Arch builds — Debian package on the way). Selective sync, smart caching, and offline access included. Mobile apps for iOS 16+ and Android 11+.
What happens if I delete a file by accident? +
Deleted files go to Trash and stay there for 90 days. From Trash, restore is one click. Past that window, Cloudzy keeps version history forever, so even a "fully deleted" file's previous versions are recoverable as long as the parent folder exists.
How is this different from Google Drive or Dropbox? +
Two honest answers: Hosting — EU by default, with no quiet US transfers. Scope — we don't try to be a document editor, a presentation tool, and a forms builder. We do storage, sharing, and sync. That's the whole product. And because Cloudzy is part of N.T.J, it slots into Flowly, Crewix, DevLoop, PopCart and BlinkCalc without re-uploading anything.

Features in depth

Everything Cloudzy does.

Private file storage for small teams. Everything below is here to keep your work organized and to make sure the right people — and only them — can get to it.

Drag-drop uploads

Drag files or a whole folder into the browser and they land in the space you're looking at.

Browser preview

Open PDFs, images, video, and docs right in the browser. You don't have to download a file just to see what's in it.

Granular sharing

Share a link, invite someone by email, or set a date when the access should just stop.

Version history

Every past version sticks around, so when someone overwrites the wrong file you can roll it back.

Team spaces

Give each team, client, or project its own space so people only see the files that are theirs.

Full audit log

When someone asks "who deleted this?", you can see who uploaded, opened, shared, or removed a file, and when.

Encrypted in transit

Every connection runs over TLS, with certificates from Let's Encrypt. At rest, files are only as encrypted as the disk underneath them — we run the server, so we can read what's on it.

Custom retention policies

Tell Cloudzy how long to keep files before it archives or deletes them, so old data doesn't pile up.

Search across content

Search by filename or by the words inside a document, so you find the right file without opening ten wrong ones.

API for programmatic access

Upload, grab, and manage files from your own scripts and apps through a documented API.

Sync client (desktop)

Point a folder on your machine at Cloudzy and it stays in sync — edit locally, and the change shows up online.

SSO integration (optional)

Hook up your identity provider so people log in with the accounts they already have — no extra password to forget.

Use cases

How teams put Cloudzy to work.

Client deliverables in one place

A studio keeps each client's finished files in their own space and sends a link when the work's ready. Set the link to expire once the project wraps, and it stops working on its own.

Contracts with a clear paper trail

Signed agreements live in a space the ops team can search by what's inside them. The audit log shows who opened or shared each one, and your retention rules hold onto them for as long as you need.

Shared assets for a remote team

Brand files, templates, and photos sit in one team space everyone can reach from the browser or the desktop sync client. And because every version is kept, an edit never wipes out the original.
