Terms
The ground rules for using ntjtech.com and our products. Plain English, no surprises.
1. Who we are
This site and its products are run by N.T.J Technologies, a small private team. You can reach a human at o170491@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance
By using ntjtech.com or any of our products, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. That is the cleanest path for everyone.
3. What we offer
We currently offer six small, focused products, each with a public demo:
- Flowly — email for small teams.
- Crewix — a calm CRM.
- BlinkCalc — quick business math.
- PopCart — a small online store.
- DevLoop — quiet dev tooling.
- Cloudzy — a private cloud for files.
The demos are illustrative only. They are not intended for production use, may break, may reset, and may change without notice. Treat them as a way to look around, not as a place to store anything you care about.
4. Acceptable use
Please use the service in good faith. In particular, do not:
- Abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it for other users.
- Run automated scraping at scale, or hammer it with bots.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise try to extract source where we have not made it available.
- Use it to break the law, or to harm other people, organisations, or systems.
5. Intellectual property
All code, design, copy, and product content on this site is © N.T.J Technologies unless otherwise noted. Demo data shown in the products (names, companies, numbers, orders, files) is fictional and exists only to illustrate how the products work.
6. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for high uptime and reasonable quality, but we make no guarantees. Bugs happen. Maintenance windows happen. Sometimes the internet has a bad day.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, N.T.J Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Any direct liability is capped at the total fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months — which, for demos and current public use, is zero.
8. Termination
If an account violates these terms, we may suspend or terminate it. You can stop using the service at any time. Where you have an account, you can request deletion by emailing o170491@gmail.com.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Tel Aviv, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to use your own jurisdiction.
10. Changes
If we make material changes to these terms, we will post them here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a material change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact
Questions, concerns, or notices: o170491@gmail.com.
This document is a draft pending review by qualified legal counsel. It is provided in good faith and reflects how we actually operate, but should not be treated as a final, legally vetted contract until that review is complete.
