Privacy

How we handle your data — in plain English. We try to keep this short, because there isn't much to say.

1. Who we are

This site and its products are run by N.T.J Technologies, a small private team. We do not have a sales department, an advertising budget, or a data-broker relationship with anyone. You can reach a human at o170491@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Aggregate, anonymous analytics via Plausible. This is cookieless, contains no personal data, and is not used to track you across the web. We see things like "the privacy page was viewed 14 times today."
• Your email, if and only if you write to us. We keep it so we can reply and follow up.
• Account email and minimal usage data, if you use one of our products in production. This is the bare minimum required to make the product work for you (sign-in, your own content, basic logs for reliability).

3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Legitimate interest — for aggregate, anonymous analytics that help us improve the site.
• Consent — when you email us or otherwise voluntarily provide information.
• Contract — when you use one of our products and we need to operate the service for you.

4. How we use it

We use what little data we have to improve our products, respond to your messages, and run the service. We do not sell data. We do not share it with advertisers. There is no "marketing partner network." There is no resale.

5. Retention

• Analytics: aggregate only, kept indefinitely. There is nothing in it that identifies you.
• Contact emails: kept for 24 months, then deleted, unless an ongoing conversation needs them.
• Account data: kept until you delete your account, plus 30 days as a safety buffer in case of accidental deletion.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR (and similar laws), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct it if it is wrong.
• Have it deleted.
• Get a copy in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies. Plausible is cookieless. The only browser storage in play is whatever your browser uses for ordinary HTTPS sessions — nothing we control or read.

8. Third parties

• Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, EU-hosted, cookieless.
• Netlify — hosts the site itself.

That is the entire list. No Google Analytics. No advertising networks. No "data enrichment" vendors.

9. International transfers

Transfers are minimal. Where data leaves the EU (for example via Netlify's global infrastructure), we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by applicable law.

10. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will post them here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a material change means you accept the updated policy.
